浩瀚色譜(山東)應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司通過改善萃取試劑,優(yōu)化相對校正因子,超聲萃取時間,進樣體積等影響因素,建立簡便,準(zhǔn)確的氣相色譜法檢測水性內(nèi)墻涂料中水分含量的方法.實驗方法優(yōu)的分析條件為:0.2 g樣品加入2 mL異丙醇(0.1 g/mL)DMF內(nèi)標(biāo)溶液,恒溫23℃超聲萃取10 min,恒溫23℃離心5 min,1.0μL上清液進氣相色譜分析.采用內(nèi)標(biāo)法,應(yīng)用校正曲線計算內(nèi)墻涂料中水分含量.水分含量校準(zhǔn)曲線方程為Y=2.43X+0.049,相關(guān)系數(shù)R2=0.999 8.相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD)為0.22%~0.68%(n=6),回收率為98%~108%.實驗方法提高了萃取效率,縮短了分析時間,減少了實驗誤差,具有良好的重現(xiàn)性和準(zhǔn)確性.

Haohan Chromatographic (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a simple and accurate gas chromatographic method to detect the water co ntent in water-ba sed interior wall coatings by improving the extraction reagent, optimizing the relative correction factor, ultraso nic extraction time, sample injection volume and other influencing factors. The optimal analysis co nditions of the experimental method are: 0.2 g of sample is added with 2 mL of isopropanol (0.1 g/mL) DMF internal standard solution, ultraso nic extraction at 23 ℃ for 10 minutes, centrifugation at 23 ℃ for 5 minutes, and 1.0 μ L supernatant gas chromatographic analysis. The internal standard method is used to calculate the moisture co ntent in the interior wall coating by using the calibration curve. The equation of the moisture co ntent calibration curve is Y=2.43X+0.049, and the correlation coefficient R2=0.999 8. The relative standard deviation (RSD) is 0.22% ~ 0.68% (n=6), and the recovery is 98% ~ 108% The experimental method improves the extraction efficiency, shortens the analysis time, reduces the experimental error, and has good reproducibility and accuracy
