Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has established a capillary gas chromatography method for the determination of α-666, β-666, γ-666, δ-666, endosulfan, p ,p'-DDE,p,p'-DDD,o,p'-DDT,p,p'-DDT,dicofol,fenothrin,cypermethrin,bifenthrin,cyfluthrin,fenvalerate,bromide 16 pesticide residues such as cypermethrin. The residue compo nents of 16 pesticides can be well separated within 25 min. The recovery rate of standard addition is between 81.2% and 111.9%; the coefficient of variation of the method is 2.9% to 14.9% ( 0.01—0.1 μg.m l-1, n=6), and the detection limit is between 0.08—0.44 μg.kg-1.
