一氯代碳酸乙烯酯的制備方法,包括:在塔式反應(yīng)器內(nèi),沿塔高方向,每隔1米為一個(gè)填料層,安裝一個(gè)支架,每個(gè)支架底部安裝一個(gè)汞浸液燈,在每層填料的上方,分別安裝一個(gè)液體均布器和一個(gè)第二汞浸液燈;將碳酸乙烯酯預(yù)熱60℃,再加入引發(fā)劑和催化劑,加熱60℃,得含有引發(fā)劑和催化劑的碳酸乙烯酯液體;從塔底通入氮?dú)?置換塔內(nèi)空氣,氮?dú)馕矚夥趴?氯氣干燥脫水后,加熱65℃,在塔底部和塔中部分別通入氯氣,從塔頂加入含有引發(fā)劑和催化。
