浩瀚色譜(山東)應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司提出了測(cè)定聚對(duì)苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEGTP)瓶裝純水中乙醛遷移量的氣相色譜質(zhì)譜法。采用PQ柱及在70℃~280℃范圍內(nèi)程序升溫進(jìn)行分離。線性范圍在300μg·L~(-1)以內(nèi),檢出限(3S/N)為1μg·L~(-1),加入50μg·L~(-1)及100μg·L~(-1)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溶液做回收試驗(yàn)及精密度試驗(yàn),測(cè)得平均回收率為88%,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(n=5)依次為5.4%及4.5%。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has established a headspace-gas chromatography method for the determination of acetaldehyde in polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles, using headspace feed and external standard method for quantification.
