浩瀚色譜（山東）應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司建立吹掃捕集-氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用測定生活飲用水中環(huán)氧氯丙烷的方法。方法采用吹掃捕集器富集水中的環(huán)氧氯丙烷,在解吸溫度為250℃、氣相進(jìn)樣口溫度為160℃條件下,OV-624(60 m×0.32 mm×1.8μm毛細(xì)管柱分離,用氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用法測定,選擇特征離子57 m/z定量。結(jié)果水質(zhì)中環(huán)氧氯丙烷濃度為0μg/L~20.0μg/L時(shí)線性相關(guān)系數(shù)r0.999,按1.0μg/L、6.0μg/L、10.0μg/L濃度加標(biāo)時(shí)回收率為84.9%、91.0%、104.3%,精密度(RSD%)為7.3%、6.5%、4.1%,檢出限為0.04μg/L。結(jié)論本方法能簡便、快速、有效地分離檢測水中環(huán)氧氯丙烷,并能同時(shí)分析其他30種揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物,滿足生活飲用水揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物的檢測要求。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a method for the determination of epichlorohydrin in drinking water by purge and trap-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods The epichlorohydrin in water was enriched by a purge trap, and the desorption temperature was 250 ℃ and the gas inlet temperature was 160 ℃. It was determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, and the characteristic ion 57 m/z was selected for quantification. Results When the concentration of epichlorohydrin in the water was 0μg/L~20.0μg/L, the linear correlation coefficient was r0.999, and according to 1.0μg/L, 6.0 The recoveries were 84.9%, 91.0%, and 104.3%, the precisions (RSD%) were 7.3%, 6.5%, and 4.1%, and the detection limit was 0.04 μg/L. Conclusion This method can easily, quickly and effectively separate and detect epichlorohydrin in water, and simultaneously analyze other 30 kinds of volatile organic compounds, which can meet the detection requirements of volatile organic compounds in drinking water.
