浩瀚色譜(山東)應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司優(yōu)化了固體吸附/熱解吸-氣相色譜法測定室內(nèi)空氣中苯,甲苯,乙苯,對二甲苯,間二甲苯,異丙苯,鄰二甲苯和苯乙烯等8種苯系物的方法.結(jié)果表明,目標(biāo)物色譜峰分離度均大于1.5;在10~500 ng范圍內(nèi),8種苯系物質(zhì)量與色譜峰面積呈良好的線性,相關(guān)系數(shù)r為0.999 7~0.999 9;該方法的檢出限為0.50~3.48ng,當(dāng)采氣量為2L時(shí),低檢出濃度為0.25×10~(-3)~1.74×10~(-3)mg/m~3,相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為1.2%~9.1%(n=6),回收率在94.0%~99.5%之間.該方法分離效果好,靈敏度高,精密度好,結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確,可用于室內(nèi)空氣中苯系物含量的檢測.
