環(huán)境空氣非甲烷總烴不僅對大氣環(huán)境和人體健康有重要的影響,也是光化學(xué)監(jiān)測網(wǎng)的重要監(jiān)測指標(biāo)之一。生態(tài)環(huán)境部《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物監(jiān)測工作的通知》(環(huán)辦監(jiān)測函[2020]335號)文件要求“加強(qiáng)VOCs自動監(jiān)測能力建設(shè),有條件的城市逐步開展NMHC自動監(jiān)測試點工作”,目前國內(nèi)有100余個城市已經(jīng)開展了環(huán)境空氣非甲烷總烴自動監(jiān)測。隨著《技術(shù)規(guī)定》的印發(fā)試行,系統(tǒng)安裝、驗收和運(yùn)維質(zhì)控等相關(guān)工作開展將有據(jù)可依,監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性和性會進(jìn)一步提高,根據(jù)試行過程中的反饋意見我們也將不斷修訂完善。

The Ministry of Ecology and Environment's "Notice on Strengthening the Mo nitoring of Volatile Organic Compounds" (Huanban Mo nitoring Letter [2020] No. 335) requires "strengthening the capacity building of automatic mo nitoring of VOCs, and gradually carrying out the pilot work of automatic mo nitoring of NMHC in cities wher e co nditions permit." More than 100 cities have carried out automatic mo nitoring of ambient air non-methane total hydrocarbons. With the trial implementation of the "Technical Regulations", system installation, acceptance, operation and maintenance quality co ntrol and other related work will be ba sed on evidence, and the accuracy and reliability of mo nitoring data will be further improved. In order to ensure that the indicators in the "Technical Regulations" are scientific and feasible, the compilation group organized the co ntinuous automatic mo nitoring instruments for non-methane total hydrocarbons, which are more common in the market, to carry out the comparison test of laboratory standard gas and ambient air. More than 40 technicians from 15 instruments participated. Test, nearly 20 standard gases, and obtain hundreds of thousands of valid data. According to the actual test results of the instrument, and through exchanges between instrument manufacturers and many expert discussions, focusing on the characteristics of low co ncentration of total non-methane hydrocarbons in ambient air, the method of co ntinuous automatic mo nitoring system for non-methane total hydrocarbons in ambient air is clarified.
