中國各類消費品的化學安全研究還停留在較為初級的階段。一方面，中國尚缺乏覆蓋范圍廣泛的通用化學安全標準，仍然沿襲一直以來以產(chǎn)品、行業(yè)為中心制定標準的傳統(tǒng)模式。另一方面，產(chǎn)品的化學安全標準指標也有待完善，近年來發(fā)展的新檢測方法、已被證實有害的新物質(zhì)還需要進一步引入產(chǎn)品安全標準體系。

與PVC塑料行業(yè)良好發(fā)展預(yù)期形成鮮明對比的是，產(chǎn)品的化學安全問題一直是揮之不去的陰影。個別生產(chǎn)企業(yè)為降低成本，以次充好，甚用回收料代替。然而，相關(guān)檢測標準缺少對各類被非法使用的添加劑、尤其是感觀明顯的揮發(fā)性有機物的環(huán)保風險檢測。因此，制定了國家標準《消費品—塑膠材料—鄰苯二甲酸酯類增塑劑快速篩選》（GB/T 39110-2020）。

The chemical safety research of various consumer products in China is still at a relatively preliminary stage. On the one hand, China still lacks general chemical safety standards covering a wide range, and still follows the traditional model of setting standards centered on products and industries. On the other hand, the chemical safety standard indicators of products also need to be improved. New detection methods developed in recent years and new substances that have been proved to be harmful need to be further introduced into the product safety standard system.

In sharp contrast to the good development expectations of the PVC plastics industry, the chemical safety of products has always been a lingering shadow. In order to reduce costs, individual manufacturers use shoddy or even recycled materials instead. However, the relevant testing standards lack environmental protection risk testing for various illegally used additives, especially volatile organic compounds with obvious sensory appearance. Therefore, the national standard "Consumer Products - Plastic Materials - Rapid Screening of Phthalate Plasticizers" (GB/T 39110-2020) has been formulated.
