浩瀚色譜(山東)應(yīng)用技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)有限公司提出了一種工業(yè)廢水中酚類物質(zhì)的測(cè)定方法,在一定條件下用二異丙基醚萃取后充分靜止分層,將有機(jī)相注入氣相色譜,用FID檢測(cè)器得到色譜圖;對(duì)萃取條件包括:pH、溫度、萃取時(shí)間、萃取比例等因素進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究,并用氣-質(zhì)聯(lián)用方法將水質(zhì)中酚類物質(zhì)進(jìn)行定性,在萃取條件下建立了分析方法,試驗(yàn)證明該方法具有精確度、準(zhǔn)確度高,檢出限低的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. proposed a method for the determination of phenolic substances in industrial wastewater. Under certain conditions, it was extracted with diisopropyl ether and then fully static and layered, and the organic phase was injected into gas chromatography. The chromatogram was obtained by the detector; the extraction co nditions including pH, temperature, extraction time, extraction ratio and other factors were experimentally studied, and the phenolic substances in the water were qualitatively determined by gas-mass spectrometry, and established under the optimal extraction conditions. The analysis method was developed, and the experiment proved that the method has the advantages of high precision, high accuracy and low detection limit.
