浩瀚色譜（山東）應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司用吸收液采集廢氣樣品,頂空進(jìn)樣,采用氣相色譜法測定進(jìn)樣氣體中吡啶的含量.用HH-INNOWAX毛細(xì)管色譜柱分離,氫火焰離子化檢測器測定.優(yōu)化的試驗(yàn)條件如下:①采用多孔玻板吸收瓶采集樣品;②吸收液的體積為45mL;③采樣流量為0.5L·min~(-1);④樣品在4℃下,7d內(nèi)完成分析;⑤吸收液的pH大于12;⑥加入3g氯化鈉調(diào)節(jié)吸收液離子強(qiáng)度;⑦頂空溫度為80℃,頂空平衡時(shí)間為30min.吡啶的質(zhì)量濃度在100mg·L~(-1)以內(nèi)與其對應(yīng)的峰面積呈線性關(guān)系,檢出限為0.05 mg·m~(-3).對3個不同濃度水平的吡啶標(biāo)準(zhǔn)氣體進(jìn)行測定,相對誤差為-8.0%~-4.7%,測定值的相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(n=6)為1.3%~7.8%.
