丙烯醛比較廣泛地存在于合成纖維,合成橡膠以及其他化工廠中,在內(nèi)燃機(jī)排放的廢氣中也存在大量的丙烯醛。丙烯醛毒性較大,車間空氣高容許濃度為0.3毫克/立方米,而大氣的高容許濃度為0.1毫克/立方米,所以對(duì)測定方法的靈敏度要求較高,目前國內(nèi)外常用的4-己基間苯二酚比色法,操作復(fù)雜費(fèi)時(shí)且采樣后必須在短時(shí)間內(nèi)分析。

Acrolein is widely found in synthetic fibers, synthetic rubber and other chemical plants, and a large amount of acrolein also exists in the exhaust gas of internal combustion engines. Acrolein is highly toxic. The maximum allowable concentration in the workshop air is 0.3 mg/m3, while the maximum allowable concentration in the atmosphere is 0.1 mg/m3, so the sensitivity of the assay method is relatively high. The diol colorimetric method is complicated and time-consuming and must be analyzed in a short time after sampling.
