適用范圍
1.1 本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于固定污染源有組織排放和無(wú)組織排放的甲醇測(cè)定。
1.2 以3倍噪音色譜峰高值計(jì)算,當(dāng)色譜進(jìn)樣量為1.0 ml時(shí),方法的檢出限為2 mg/m3;定量測(cè)定的濃度范圍為5.0-104 mg/m3。
2 方法原理
載氣攜帶含有甲醇(CH3OH)的試樣通過(guò)裝有固定相的色譜柱,流出色譜柱的甲醇由氫火焰離子化檢測(cè)器(FID)測(cè)定。以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)樣品色譜峰的保留時(shí)間進(jìn)行定性,以峰高(或峰面積)定量。
浩瀚色譜(山東)應(yīng)用技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)有限公司首先使用純水為吸收液,吸收空氣中的甲醇,再采用頂空氣相色譜法分析吸收液中甲醇濃度,由此建立了自動(dòng)頂空5%Carbowax 20M Carbopack B填充柱氣相色譜法測(cè)定空氣和廢氣中甲醇的方法,并對(duì)自動(dòng)頂空進(jìn)樣條件進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)采樣體積為24 L、吸收液體積5 mL時(shí),該方法的低檢出濃度為0.1 mg/m3,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為2.1%~5.3%,加標(biāo)回收率為95%~108%。該法操作簡(jiǎn)單,具有較好的靈敏度和的準(zhǔn)確度,自動(dòng)化程度高,可連續(xù)完成樣品的前處理、樣品進(jìn)樣和色譜分析。
