浩瀚色譜(山東)應(yīng)用技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)有限公司采用吹掃捕集–氣相色譜–串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜(P&T–GC–MS/MS)技術(shù)了測(cè)定兒童防護(hù)口罩中環(huán)氧乙烷、環(huán)氧丙烷的方法。樣品采用4%乙酸水溶液作為模擬液浸泡處理,浸泡液中目標(biāo)物通過(guò)吹掃富集于捕集管中,熱脫附后進(jìn)入氣相色譜,采用PEG-20M型色譜柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm)分離,氣相色譜串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜多反應(yīng)監(jiān)控模式進(jìn)行分析檢測(cè),內(nèi)標(biāo)法定量。環(huán)氧乙烷、環(huán)氧丙烷在質(zhì)量濃度為0.2~15 ng/mL范圍內(nèi)與色譜峰面積線性關(guān)系良好,環(huán)氧乙烷、環(huán)氧丙烷的相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為0.999 8、0.997 5,方法定量限均為0.01 μg/g,滿足GB/T 38880—2020及國(guó)外相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的限值要求。樣品加標(biāo)回收率為91.5%~115.7%,測(cè)定結(jié)果的相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差不大于4.9%(n=6)。該方法適用于兒童防護(hù)口罩中環(huán)氧乙烷、環(huán)氧丙烷消毒有效成分的批量測(cè)定。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. used purge and trap-gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (P&T-GC-MS/MS) technology to determine the method of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide in children's protective masks. The sample was soaked with 4% acetic acid aqueous solution as the simulated solution, the target compounds in the soaking solution were enriched in the trapping tube by purging, and then entered into the gas chromatography after thermal desorption. 0.25μm) separation, gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry multiple reaction mo nitoring mode for analysis and detection, internal standard method for quantification. Both are 0.01 μg/g, which meets the limit requirements of GB/T 38880-2020 and relevant foreign standards. The recoveries of samples spiked were 91.5%-115.7%, and the relative standard deviation of the determination results was not more than 4.9% (n=6). This method is suitable for batch determination of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide disinfection active ingredients in children's protective masks.
