浩瀚色譜（山東）應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司選取企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的經(jīng)環(huán)氧乙烷滅菌的一次性使用口腔器械盒作為樣品,采用頂空氣相色譜法對器械盒中不同塑料組件的環(huán)氧乙烷殘留量進行檢測,同時考察不同組件殘留情況。結(jié)果顯示,檢測方法的低檢出限0.2μg/g,在5～50μg/g之間線性范圍良好,相關(guān)系數(shù)r為0.9998,精密度為3.25%。該方法具有快速、方便、靈敏度高等優(yōu)點,適合于一次性口腔器械盒中環(huán)氧乙烷殘留的快速測定。同一器械盒中,不同材料組件環(huán)氧乙烷殘留含量不同,所以在樣品檢測環(huán)氧乙烷殘留量時合理選擇取樣部位,對樣品的檢測結(jié)果關(guān)重要。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. selected the disposable oral instrument boxes sterilized by ethylene oxide produced by the company as samples, and used headspace gas chromatography to determine the ethylene oxide residues of different plastic components in the instrument boxes. Quantity is tested, and the residues of different components are also investigated. The results showed that the detection method had a minimum detection limit of 0.2 μg/g, a good linear range between 5 and 50 μg/g, the correlation coefficient r was 0.9998, and the precision was 3.25%. This method has the advantages of rapidity, convenience, and high sensitivity, and is suitable for the rapid determination of ethylene oxide residues in disposable oral instrument boxes. In the same instrument box, the residual content of ethylene oxide in different material components is different, so it is very important to select the sampling location reasonably when detecting the residual amount of ethylene oxide in the sample.
