浩瀚色譜（山東）應(yīng)用技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)有限公司建立工作場(chǎng)所空氣中一甲胺,二甲胺的頂空氣相色譜測(cè)定方法。方法酸性吸收液采集空氣中的一甲胺、二甲胺,堿溶液中和后頂空進(jìn)樣氣相色譜,經(jīng)HH-Tamine60毛細(xì)管色譜柱分離,氫焰離子化檢測(cè)器測(cè)定。結(jié)果一甲胺濃度范圍為11.70～93.54μg/ml時(shí),標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線回歸方程為Y=0.458 1X-1.034 5(r=0.999 0);二甲胺濃度范圍為10.59～84.74μg/ml時(shí),標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線的回歸方程為Y=0.864 5X-2.206(r=0.999 1)。一甲胺方法檢出限為1.65μg/ml,低檢出濃度為0.55 mg/m3(以采集15 L空氣樣品計(jì));二甲胺檢出限為1.54μg/ml,低檢出濃度為0.32 mg/m3(以采集24 L空氣樣品計(jì))。樣品于4℃冰箱內(nèi)可穩(wěn)定保存5 d。結(jié)論該方法可同時(shí)測(cè)定工作場(chǎng)所空氣中一甲胺和二甲胺濃度。

Methods The monomethylamine and dimethylamine in the air were collected from the acidic absorption solution, neutralized by the alkaline solution, and then sampled in the headspace by gas chromatography. They were separated by a HH-Tamine60 capillary column and measured by a hydrogen flame ionization detector.
