浩瀚色譜（山東）應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司對(duì)自動(dòng)頂空進(jìn)樣器與氣相色譜法聯(lián)用技術(shù)測(cè)定環(huán)境空氣和廢氣中甲醇的方法進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)樣品加入4 g氯化鈉,頂空平衡溫度為80℃,平衡時(shí)間為20 min,用5%Carbowax 20M Carbopack B甲醇專用柱分離,氫火焰離子化檢測(cè)器檢測(cè)時(shí),得到甲醇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線方程為y=23 415x+237.2,相關(guān)系數(shù)(R)0.999 4;檢出限為0.002 mg/m3,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(n=6)為0.5%,加標(biāo)回收率為98.9%。該方法簡(jiǎn)單、靈敏、分離度好、檢出限低。

Application: HJ T33-1999 Determination of Methanol in Exhaust from Stationary Pollution Sources Gas Chromatography

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. has carried out research on the method of automatic headspace sampler combined with gas chromatography for the determination of methanol in ambient air and exhaust gas. The results show that when the sample is added with 4 g of sodium chloride, the headspace equilibrium temperature is 80°C, and the equilibrium time is 20 min, it is separated with a 5% Carbowax 20M Carbopack B methanol column and detected by a hydrogen flame ionization detector, and the methanol standard is obtained. The curve equation is y=23 415x+237.2, the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.999 4; the detection limit is 0.002 mg/m3, the relative standard deviation (n=6) is 0.5%, and the recovery rate of standard addition is 98.9%. The method is simple, sensitive, good resolution, and low detection limit.
