浩瀚色譜(山東)應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司建立了海水中N_2O的常溫吹掃捕集-氣相色譜分析法 考察了不同吸附材料對(duì)N_2O的捕集能力,選擇常溫下捕集效率的80~100目5A|°分子篩為吸附材料。對(duì)柱溫、吸附溫度、脫附溫度、吹掃時(shí)間、吹掃氣流速等實(shí)驗(yàn)條件進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。檢測(cè)限達(dá)2.8×10~(-10) mol/L,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作曲線的線性相關(guān)系數(shù)達(dá)0.9995(n=5),線性范圍為3.4~39.2×10~(-9) mol/L,5條曲線斜率的相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為2.84%,回收率為93.93±3.1%(n=5)。

Nitrous oxide (N_2O) is a kind of nitrogen oxide, which plays an im portant role in the global nitrogen cycle; N_2O is one of the greenhouse gases and one of the depletion of the ozone layer. With the development of industrial and agricultural production and social economy, the co ntent of N 2 O in the atmosphere is increasing at a rate of a bout 0.2% per year. The ocean is an im portant source of N_2O. Studying the temporal and spatial distribution of N_2O in the ocean is helpful to estimate the amount of N_2O released by the ocean. Therefore, the development of reliable and sensitive analysis methods for N_2O in seawater and sediments has become the key.
Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a room temperature purge and trap for N_2O in seawater-gas chromatography to investigate the N_2O capture capacity of different adsorbents, and select the best capture efficiency of 80-100 at room temperature. Mesh 5A|° molecular sieve is the adsorption material. The experimental co nditions such as column temperature, adsorption temperature, desorption temperature, purge time, and purge gas flow rate were optimized. The detection limit is up to 2.8×10~(-10) mol/L, the linear correlation coefficient of the standard working curve is up to 0.9995 (n=5), the linear range is 3.4~39.2×10~(-9) mol/L, 5 curves The relative standard deviation of the slope was 2.84%, and the recovery rate was 93.93±3.1% (n=5).
