[方法]采用TenaxTA吸附-二次熱解吸-毛細(xì)管氣相色譜/質(zhì)譜法定量,研究確定了采樣方法、解吸條件和分析條件。
[結(jié)果]實(shí)驗(yàn)表明苯、甲苯、乙苯、間(對)二甲苯、苯乙烯和鄰二甲苯的吸附效率均在97%以上,解吸效率均在99%以上,其相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差小于10%,回收率在96.8%~104.8%之間,線性相關(guān)系數(shù)在0.9993~0.9997之間,對應(yīng)的低檢出濃度分別為0.0001、0.0007、0.0005、0.0005、0.0005、0.0007mg/m~3。
[結(jié)論]本方法適合測定室內(nèi)空氣中低濃度的苯系物。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. established an analytical method for the determination of benzene series in indoor air by thermal desorption-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (ATD-GC/MS).
[Method] Using TenaxTA adsorption-seco ndary thermal desorption-capillary gas chromatography/mass spectrometry, the sampling method, desorption co nditions and analysis co nditions were determined.
[Result] The experiment showed that the adsorption efficiency of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, m-(p-)xylene, styrene and o-xylene were all above 97%, the desorption efficiency was all above 99%, and the relative standard deviation was less than 10%. The recovery rate is between 96.8% and 104.8%, and the linear correlation coefficient is between 0.9993 and 0.9997. The correspo nding minimum detected co ncentrations are 0.0001, 0.0007, 0.0005, 0.0005, 0.0005, 0.0007 mg/m~3, respectively.
[Conclusion] This method is suitable for the determination of low-co ncentration benzene series in indoor air.
