浩瀚色譜(山東)應用技術開發(fā)有限公司采用吸附管吸附-熱脫附/氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜法,建立了廢氣中32種揮發(fā)性有機物的分析方法。在分析測定中,用HH-5毛細管色譜柱,采用全掃描方式,外標法定量。結(jié)果表明:在試驗條件下,32種揮發(fā)性有機物線性回歸方程相關系數(shù)均為0.998以上,方法檢出限為0.31-2.64ng,以采樣體積300mL計算,檢出限為0.001-0.009mg/m~3,以空白樣品為基體,進行加標回收率試驗,高低濃度加標回收率在79.4%-128.1%之間,精密度在1.62%-14.84%之間,可滿足日常廢氣中揮發(fā)性有機物的測定。

In the analysis and determination, the HH-5 capillary chromatographic column is used, the full scan method is adopted, and the external standard method is used for quantification. The results show that under the test conditions, the correlation coefficients of the linear regression equations for 32 kinds of volatile organic compounds are all above 0.998, and the detection limit of the method is 0.31-2.64ng, calculated with the sampling volume of 300mL, the detection limit is 0.001-0.009mg/m~ 3. Using the blank sample as the matrix, the standard addition recovery rate test is carried out. The high and low co ncentration addition recovery rate is between 79.4%-128.1%, and the precision is between 1.62%-14.84%, which can meet the requirements of volatile organic compounds in daily exhaust gas.
