以β-蒎烯為原料,通過KMnO4氧化輔以超聲輻照手段,進(jìn)行了諾蒎酸的合成條件優(yōu)化研究。正交實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,聲強(qiáng)對諾蒎酸的產(chǎn)率影響大,其次為pH、原料配比、反應(yīng)溫度和時(shí)間;單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,諾蒎酸的產(chǎn)率隨著聲強(qiáng)的增大而增大。在聲強(qiáng)0.38W/cm2、pH=10、n（β-蒎烯）/n（KMnO4）=1/2、15℃反應(yīng)30min的優(yōu)化條件下,合成諾蒎酸的產(chǎn)率達(dá)66.4%。

Using β-pinene as the raw material, through KMnO4 oxidation assisted by ultrasonic irradiation, the synthesis conditions of nopinenic acid were optimized. Orthogonal experiments show that the sound intensity has the greatest influence on the yield of nopinic acid, followed by pH, raw material ratio, reaction temperature and time; single factor experiments show that the yield of nopinic acid increases with the increase of sound intensity Big. Under the optimized conditions of sound intensity of 0.38W/cm2, pH=10, n(β-pinene)/n(KMnO4)=1/2, and reaction at 15℃ for 30min, the yield of synthetic nopinic acid reached 66.4%.

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. used a hydrogen flame detector and a glass-packed column to determine the content of nopinic acid, with satisfactory results.
