丙酮、丁酮和甲基異丁基甲酮的溶劑解吸－氣相色譜法

浩瀚色譜（山東）應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司采用氣相色譜法同時對工作場所空氣中丙酮、丁酮、甲基異丁酮和環(huán)己酮的含量進行了測定。采用活性炭管采集了含有上述4種酮類化合物的空氣樣品,用二硫化碳解吸,用HP-FFAP/6201分離,氫火焰離子化檢測器檢測。丙酮、丁酮、甲基異丁酮和環(huán)己酮的檢出限(2S/N)分別為9,5,1,0.4 mg·L~(-1)。方法的回收率在87.8%~105%之間,相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(n=8)在3.6%~5.2%之間,解吸效率在88.6%~98.8%之間。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. used gas chromatography to simultaneously determine the contents of acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone and cyclohexanone in the workplace air. Air samples containing the above four ketone compounds were collected using activated carbon tubes, desorbed with carbon disulfide, separated by HP-FFAP/6201, and detected by a hydrogen flame ionization detector. The detection limits (2S/N) of acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone and cyclohexanone were 9, 5, 1, 0.4 mg·L~(-1), respectively. The recovery rate of the method is between 87.8% and 105%, the relative standard deviation (n=8) is between 3.6% and 5.2%, and the desorption efficiency is between 88.6% and 98.8%.
