浩瀚色譜(山東)應用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司建立了頂空-氣相色譜法測定酒中甲醇的分析方法。采用氫火焰離子化檢測器,選擇HH-wax型毛細管色譜柱作為分離柱,程序升溫,載氣氮氣流速為1.5m L/min,分流比為3:1。頂空進樣器,頂空瓶加熱溫度為65℃,平衡時間為25min。結(jié)果表明,該方法測得甲醇的質(zhì)量濃度在59.9~359.4mg/L范圍內(nèi)與峰面積呈線性關(guān)系良好,相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.9995。樣品的加標回收率為95.0%~99.2%,低檢出限為0.005g/L。該方法快速、簡便,準確度和靈敏度高,適合于酒中甲醇質(zhì)量濃度的檢測。

This standard replaces GB/T 5009.48-2003 Method for the determination of methanol in the hygienic standards of distilled and mixed liquors on June 23, 2017, the method for determination of methanol in GB/T 15038-2006 General analytical methods for wine and fruit wine, and GB/T 15038-2006 /T 394.2-2008 Determination of methanol in general analytical methods for alcohol.
This method specifies the determination method of methanol in alcohol, distilled wine, mixed wine and fermented wine.
This method is suitable for the determination of methanol in alcohol, distilled wine, mixed wine and fermented wine.

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. has established an analytical method for the determination of methanol in wine by headspace-gas chromatography. A hydrogen flame io nization detector was used, HH-wax type capillary chromatographic column was selected as the separation column, the temperature was programmed, the carrier gas nitrogen flow rate was 1.5m L/min, and the split ratio was 3:1. For the headspace sampler, the heating temperature of the headspace bottle is 65℃, and the equilibration time is 25min. The results show that the mass co ncentration of methanol measured by this method has a good linear relatio nship with the peak area in the range of 59.9~359.4mg/L, and the correlation coefficient is 0.9995. The sample recovery rate was 95.0%-99.2%, and the minimum detection limit was 0.005g/L. This method is fast, simple, accurate and sensitive, and is suitable for the detection of methanol mass co ncentration in wine.
