有機氟化合物，是有機化合物分子中與碳原子連接的氫被氟取代的一類元素有機化合物。分子中全部碳-氫鍵都轉(zhuǎn)化為碳 -氟鍵的化合物稱全氟有機化合物，部分取代的稱單氟或多氟有機化合物。由于氟是電負性大的元素，多氟有機化合物具有化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性、表面活性和優(yōu)良的耐溫性能等特點。

(1)氟醫(yī)藥由于含氟有機化合物具有特異的生物活性和生物體適應(yīng)性，含氟藥物的療效比一般藥物均強好幾倍，其開發(fā)為活躍。

(2)氟農(nóng)藥70年代以來我國開始了含氟農(nóng)藥的研究，先后開發(fā)了伏草隆、氟樂靈、乙氧氟草醚等除草劑和氟蚜蝗、除蟲脲、含氟擬除蟲菊酯等殺蟲劑，其中氟樂靈實現(xiàn)了工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)，果爾、虎畏、除蟲脲等也有批量生產(chǎn)。
