滕州市浩瀚色譜儀器技術(shù)服務(wù)有限公司,優(yōu)化毛細(xì)管柱--氣相色譜法測(cè)定工作場(chǎng)所空氣中苯、甲苯、鄰二甲苯、間二甲苯、對(duì)二甲苯、乙苯和苯乙烯的測(cè)試條件。方法:采用程序升溫毛細(xì)管柱氣相色譜法測(cè)定,并進(jìn)行方法學(xué)試驗(yàn)和干擾試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果:7種苯系物在10min內(nèi)完成測(cè)定并具有較好的分離效果,共存物三氯甲烷、甲酸乙酯、乙酸酯類不干擾測(cè)定;苯系物在1.60~906.00μg/mL濃度范圍內(nèi)可獲得較好的直線方程,相關(guān)系數(shù)(r)為0.9992~0.9999;測(cè)定下限分別為:苯1.60μg/mL、甲苯1.80μg/mL、鄰二甲苯2.38μg/mL、間二甲苯2.18μg/mL、對(duì)二甲苯2.13μg/mL、乙苯2.01μg/mL和苯乙烯2.62μg/mL;解吸效率為78.7%~104.8%;精密度(RSD)為1.5%~4.3%;加標(biāo)回收率為98.9%~105.0%。結(jié)論:此方法操作簡(jiǎn)便、重現(xiàn)性和靈敏度均符合實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測(cè)要求,且共存物三氯甲烷、甲酸乙酯、乙酸酯類不干擾測(cè)定,適用于檢測(cè)工作場(chǎng)所中苯系物的含量。

Tengzhou Haohan Chromatography Instrument Technology Service Co., Ltd. optimized the test conditions of capillary column-gas chromatography for the determination of benzene, toluene, o-xylene, m-xylene, p-xylene, ethylbenzene and styrene in the air of workplace. Method: The temperature-programmed capillary column gas chromatography was used for the determination, and the methodology test and interference test were carried out. Results: The determination of 7 kinds of benzene series was completed within 10 minutes and had a good separation effect. The coexistents chloroform, ethyl formate and acetate did not interfere with the determination; the concentration of benzene series was in the range of 1.60~906.00μg/mL A good linear equation can be obtained, and the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.9992~0.9999; the lower determination limits are: benzene 1.60μg/mL, toluene 1.80μg/mL, o-xylene 2.38μg/mL, m-xylene 2.18μg/mL , P-xylene 2.13μg/mL, ethylbenzene 2.01μg/mL and styrene 2.62μg/mL; desorption efficiency is 78.7%~104.8%; precision (RSD) is 1.5%~4.3%; spiked recovery rate is 98.9 %~105.0%. Conclusion: This method is easy to operate, reproducibility and sensitivity are in line with laboratory testing requirements, and the coexistents chloroform, ethyl formate, and acetate do not interfere with the determination. It is suitable for detecting the content of benzene series in the workplace.
