傳統(tǒng)能源儲(chǔ)量日益減少以及能源需求的不斷增長(zhǎng)使21世紀(jì)的能源問題面臨巨大的挑戰(zhàn),人們?cè)絹碓秸J(rèn)識(shí)到可再生能源的巨大潛力和發(fā)展前景。利用農(nóng)業(yè)固體廢棄物和污泥聯(lián)合厭氧發(fā)酵制氫,既可解決農(nóng)業(yè)廢物和污泥的環(huán)境污染問題,又可制備清潔的燃料能源,因此具有非常重要的研究?jī)r(jià)值。以厭氧活性污泥為接種物,以玉米秸稈為發(fā)酵底物進(jìn)行發(fā)酵產(chǎn)氫實(shí)驗(yàn),研究了不同秸稈粒徑、預(yù)處理方法、發(fā)酵液pH值和金屬離子對(duì)玉米秸稈發(fā)酵產(chǎn)氫速率以及產(chǎn)氫氣量的影響。結(jié)果表明:玉米秸稈粒徑越小越利于發(fā)酵產(chǎn)氫;經(jīng)過H2SO4預(yù)處理后,玉米秸稈單位總產(chǎn)氫量大于經(jīng)NaOH預(yù)處理樣品;pH值為6左右可以提高玉米秸稈的發(fā)酵產(chǎn)氫氣速率;Fe2+和Mg2+對(duì)發(fā)酵產(chǎn)氫效果有一定的影響。

The effect of the amount of hydrogen. The results show that the smaller the corn stalk particle size is, the more beneficial it is to produce hydrogen by fermentation; after H2SO4 pretreatment, the total hydrogen production per unit of corn stalk is greater than that by NaOH pretreatment; the pH value of a bout 6 can increase the rate of hydrogen production by corn stalk fermentation; Fe2+ and Mg2+ have a certain effect on the hydrogen production by fermentation.
