滕州市浩瀚色譜儀器技術(shù)服務(wù)有限公司,建立了毛細(xì)管柱氣相色譜法測(cè)定環(huán)境空氣和廢氣中三甲苯,三甲苯經(jīng)活性炭吸附/二硫化碳解吸、HH-WAX毛細(xì)管柱分離、氫火焰離子化檢測(cè)器檢測(cè).研究結(jié)果表明,本方法測(cè)定1,3,5-三甲苯、1,2,4-三甲苯和1,2,3-三甲苯的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線的相關(guān)系數(shù)均為0.9999;當(dāng)采樣體積為30 L、進(jìn)樣量為2.0μL時(shí),方法度為0.24%—0.39%、加標(biāo)回收率為96.7%—108.3%、1,3,5-三甲苯方法檢出限為8.4×10^-4mg·m^-3、1,2,4-三甲苯方法檢出限為6.9×10^-4mg·m^-3、1,2,3-三甲苯方法檢出限為7.5×10^-4mg·m^-3.測(cè)試表明方法經(jīng)優(yōu)化性能后能有效去除干擾物的影響,采集后的樣品可在4℃低溫環(huán)境中保存7 d.

Xylene was detected by activated carbon adsorption / carbon disulfide desorption, HH-WAX capillary column separation, and hydrogen flame io nization detector. The results show that the correlation coefficients of the standard curves for the determination of 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene, 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene, and 1,2,3-trimethylbenzene are 0.9999; When the injection volume is 2.0 μL, the method precision is 0.24% -0.39%, the standard recovery is 96.7% -108.3%, and the detection limit of the 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene method is 8.4 × 10 ^ -4mg · m ^ -3,1,2,4-xylene method detection limit is 6.9 × 10 ^ -4mg · m ^ -3,1,2,3-xylene method detection limit is 7.5 × 10 ^ -4mg · m ^ -3.
