滕州市浩瀚色譜儀器技術(shù)服務(wù)有限公司,建立同時(shí)測(cè)定食品包裝材料中32種揮發(fā)性有機(jī)化合物(VOCs)的氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜檢測(cè)方法。方法 設(shè)定平衡溫度和時(shí)間分別為100 ℃和30 min,色譜柱為HP-VOC,載氣為氦氣,流速為2.0 mL/min,不分流進(jìn)樣,進(jìn)樣口溫度為250 ℃,柱溫為程序升溫。定量分析采用外標(biāo)法。結(jié)果 方法檢出限在0.01~0.17 mg/m2的范圍內(nèi),相關(guān)系數(shù)>0.99,樣品加標(biāo)回收率為90.3%~109.9%,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為1.1%~8.9%(n=6)。結(jié)論 該方法適用于食品包裝材料中揮發(fā)性有機(jī)化合物的測(cè)試。

Tengzhou Haohao Chromatography Instrument Technology Service Co., Ltd. established a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for simultaneous determination of 32 volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in food packaging materials. The method was to set the equilibrium temperature and time to 100 °C and 30 min respectively. The column was HP-VOC, the carrier gas was helium, the flow rate was 2.0 mL/min, and the split-flow injection was performed. The inlet temperature was 250 °C. For programming. Quantitative analysis was performed using an external standard method. Results The detection limit of the method was in the range of 0.01~0.17 mg/m2, the correlation coefficient was >0.99, the recoveries of the samples were 90.3%~109.9%, and the relative standard deviations were 1.1%~8.9% (n=6). Co nclusion This method is suitable for the testing of volatile organic compounds in food packaging materials.
