在工業(yè)氧的測(cè)定分析中,現(xiàn)使用國(guó)標(biāo)GB/T 3863-1995《工業(yè)氧的測(cè)定分析法》中采用的是銅氨溶液吸收氧,根據(jù)吸收后殘氣體積,計(jì)算 氧的含量,但存在分析操作復(fù)雜、準(zhǔn)確性差、不適合大空分裝置液氧中氧氣濃度測(cè)定等問(wèn)題。
氧和氬的物理性質(zhì)相近,在色譜柱上較難分離,得到的色譜峰通常是一混合組分,而無(wú) 法定量,因此氧氬分離成為色譜分離中一大的難題。在國(guó)標(biāo)GB/T 14605-93《氧氣中微量氬、 氮和氪的測(cè)定氣相色譜法》中是采用脫氧柱(401脫氧劑)先將氧脫除,而后使被檢測(cè)組分氬、 氮和氪經(jīng)色譜柱分離后進(jìn)入檢測(cè)器,達(dá)到測(cè)定分析氬、氮等組分的

In the determination and analysis of industrial oxygen, the natio nal standard GB/T 3863-1995 "Industrial Oxygen Determination and Analysis Method" is used to absorb oxygen in a copper ammo nia solution, and the oxygen co ntent is calculated according to the residual gas volume after absorption, but there is an analysis. The operation is complicated, the accuracy is poor, and it is not suitable for the determination of the oxygen co ncentration in the liquid oxygen of the large air separation device.
Oxygen and argon have similar physical properties and are difficult to separate on the column. The obtained peak is usually a mixed compo nent and cannot be quantified. Therefore, oxygen-argon separation is a major problem in chromatographic separation. In the natio nal standard GB/T 14605-93 "Determination of Trace Argon, Nitrogen and Helium in Oxygen Gas Chromatography", the deoxidation column (401 deoxidizer) is used to remove oxygen first, and then the detected compo nents are argon, nitrogen and helium. After separation by the chromatographic column, it enters the detector to achieve the purpose of measuring and analyzing compo nents such as argon and nitrogen.
